We have an established eero network with 47 devices that work fine on it. It's 2 eero pro 6's and a max 7 with fiber internet, 1gig up/down. One person in the house recently bought a used iphone 11 and it is having the toughest time connecting and staying connected. I think it's something to do with the 5ghz band. If I temporarily disable it in the eero app it seems happy on 2.4ghz. We have 3 other iphones, 2 ipads, and macbook pros in the house that have no issues at all (and 5 airport expresses for music, two apple tvs).
Is there any way something could be broken in this phone? The person is coming from an SE2 which works fine in our house, and it's pretty much the same chipset as the 11, right? The whole thing is so weird. Any advice?
