My iPhone 11 reboots occasionally. It happens sporadically. Just now (3am) I woke up to the bright reboot screen. Does anyone else experience this? I’m not close to an Apple Store so I hope it’s not hardware related.

Hi. I just came over your post and I have the same issue with my pro Max. But I didn’t start having this problem before I update to 13.2. I don’t know if the version have anything to do with it.
Did you find a solution?

Hi. For me it was a hardware problem with my new iPhone 11. My nearby Apple store did some test and confirm it was a hardware isssue, and replaced the phone for a new one.

I don’t know if it’s the same issue if you only see it in 13.2, but if you have a Apple store nearby you should let a genius take a look!

Yeah, I don’t have any Apple stores here I live. But they did run a diagnose test online while I was in the phone with them and then they told me that I didn’t have hardware issue. I don’t know how good these tests are when taken online but I guess they know what they talk about. I hope its software, but who knows...

The test they did to my phone didn't actually involve some of their hardware. They just went into Settings.app and found some log of errors. I don't know if this menu is also accessible to us? If it is, I guess you could take a look if there is some error message regarding your reboots, and if you could google that error.

edit: found it on https://help.dropbox.com/sv-se/installs-integrations/mobile/ios-crash-logs
  1. "On your iPhone, navigate to the Settings app
  2. Go to Privacy
  3. Go to Diagnostics & Usage
  4. Go to Diagnostic & Usage Data
  5. You will see an alphabetical list all crash logs on your device"

I want to share my experience with an iPhone 11 pro 256gb. I have done as usual with a new iphone, turned on and loaded the last iCloud backup; never had a problem.
The phone never work well: AirPods 1 are unusable because they disconnect every 10 minutes, AirPods 2 keep disconnecting continuously. Phone reboot 3/4 times a day by himself.
I went to apple store where I bought it. They suggested me to reset the phone and do not load an iCloud backup. I do it and the phone stop rebooting for a couple of days but keep having problems with AirPods ( 1 and 2 gen) that disconnect continuously.
I just came back from apple store, they keep the phone to better investigate talking about a possible change of the phone. I do not think it is an hardware problem but it's a software problem that is not correctly working with 11 hardware. Basically I would say iOS 13 sucks and I will not solve the problem even if they give me another phone. I'm now using an old iPhone 7 running io 13.2 wearing my AirPods 2nd gen without issue, I tested also gen 1 AirPods and no issue....
