Hi there,

My iphone 11 screen is completely unresponsive. I've done the forced restart many times and the screen will not respond to any touch input.

I thought that maybe I'd do a factory reset.... but since I cannot unlock the phone I can't back up the phone to the mbp first (unlock iphone to use accessories alert on lock screen)... and I really don't want to lose all my photos / etc.

I am 100 miles from the nearest apple store... I'm really hoping to not have to go to the genius bar to solve this one.

Does anyone have a possible solution for me?

There is a replacement program for iPhone 11 touch issues. An apple store or service provider will replace the screen.

Unfortunately my serial number falls out of range for the free replacement.

You're still within your warranty period right? The 11 series isn't that old. Or am I just spoiled by European warranty...
