Other iPhone 11 to iPhone 12 Pro Max ?

My main question is will a iPhone 12 Pro Max work with this wireless charger I bought a few months ago ?

It very well might.
I have a couple of Anker stands I bought back for my 8+ and XS and they work for both my 11 ProMax and 12 ProMax

Depends on what you are looking for.
I went from the 11PM to the 12PM for the camera and ergonomics (flat sides).
Aside from that there is not a lot of difference from my perspective.
Depends on the Carrier and Location.
LTE and 5G for where I live are in the weak signal range so I do most on wifi.
In areas where 5G is great, unless I am doing something that requires serious bandwidth (almost never), 5G isn't that big of a benefit at this time. I'm on AT&T.
Maybe in a couple of years 5G will be big from a use perspective.
I went from the Xs Max to the 12 Pro Max and my husband went from the iPhone 11 to the 12. Two reasons - 5G and the Qualcomm modem. I live is a rural area where signals are weak. I went from having maybe one bar of LTE to having two and three bars of LTE. Also both of us have not had issues with dropped calls anymore. Using wifi is not an option for us as we have satellite internet which means no VoIP available. The upgrade was worth it for us.
Also done the same, the amazing battery life alone is money well spent for me, everything else is icing of the cake 😋🎂
