Wow. So we have fewer cameras and still no guarantee of 16x9 photos first on iPhone 12.

What about us early adopters that adopted 16x9? Will we be able to make 16x9 photos the default setting at last? Inquiring minds want to know. Why can't we set the aspect ratio the way it was meant to be used? Seems like a major lapse in oversight at Apple.

Looks at iPhone 11: Two on the back and one on the front. Three cameras
Looks at iPhone 12: Two on the back and one on the front. Three cameras

Nope, it's the same amount of cameras.

Aahhhhh. Ok. So the iPhone 12 Pro Max does have three cameras on the back, and 1 on the front. Whew.
 
There ARE fewer cameras on the iPhone 12 compared to the Pro and Pro Max. The 12 does not have the telephoto camera....
