iPhone 12 Not Charging In Ford Car?

I got a brand new Ford on Friday and I have noticed that my iPhone 12 Pro Max does not charge on the charging mat.

i get a „interrupted“ pop up every few seconds. I tried it on my old iPhone XS Max and it is working fine 🤷🏽‍♂️ Also no issue on my iPhone 11 from work … you think it could be the magnet or something?

I believe it’s something to do with the magnets from MagSafe. I have a wireless charger in my truck I can rarely get to work since getting my 12 pro as well as a mophie 3 in 1 that often lets me wake up to a not charged phone. Hoping they can figure out a fix through software updates or something. Quite aggravating

I'm having a similar issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and 2021 F-150.
