iPhone 12 Optimized Battery Charging

Optimized Battery Charging does not work well for me, the hours always exceed the time when I wake up. Recently I permanently disabled the option, but after 2 or 3 days the option was automatically activated, is this a bug?

I am using iOS version 14.2 (iPhone 12)

Yes this bug existed on 14.2

Been that way for awhile. Every time you restart your phone, optimized battery charging is enabled again.. Not sure why they decided to implement it that way but I also noticed that Home Control on lock screen (in Faceid/passcode) is also always re-enabled when the phone is restarted..
