Due to certain circumstances I was unable to get physical access to my iPhone 12 Pro and had to erase it through Find My on my Mac. Now that I have physical access, I've been trying to turn my phone on in every possible way but it would loop in the booting process. I attempted following the steps to enter Recovery Mode, but nothing changed for a good 2-3 minutes, so then I tried (and succeeded) entering the Hardware Diagnostics mode. However, it had no effect. I then connected it to my Mac and tried to restore it from the Finder, but it said something along the lines of "The requested resource was not found." So now my phone is constantly boot-looping, I am considering draining its battery in this way, and I don't want to go through the trouble of going to the premium reseller (there aren't any Apple stores where I live) and requesting help. Is there anything I can do to get out of this?

Connect to a computer with the iPhone in Recovery Mode. Security software may prevent this; VPNs may prevent it. If you’re not able to make that work, get into the Apple Authorized Service Center and they can sort it for you.
I just had a relative restore it from their MacBook Pro, so now I have a new doubt as to why it would refuse to restore from my own MacBook. It seems strange that I have to go to someone else not in my iCloud Family (I don't use the feature) in order to restore my phone. Anyway, the majority of the problem is resolved and I just have the final hurdle of restoring my data from the iCloud backup.

Just a side note in case you were wondering, I don't have any security software or VPNs that could possibly prevent the restore happening.

Edit: I completely forgot to mention my iPhone was on the iOS 17 public beta before this event, and my MacBook has another volume of its boot disk on the macOS Sonoma public beta 😅
