I have recently started receiving phone calls and the phone rings and I hit answer but I can’t hear anything there is no Audio whatsoever. This is happening probably 75% of the time. Again the phone rings, I answer but its as if the person does not talk and some of the calls have been in my contact list. Any other with this issue?

My carrier is VZW.

Just had this happen to me. I was also using my MacBook Pro and turned out the AirPods paired to that - are you using any other devices at the same time by chance?

Chat support said to reset network settings and then do the update to iOS 14.3. Will see.

Well none of those fixed it. Still can’t hear anyone and the caller said it just rings no vmail.

I have the exact same issue. Restarting the phone and it fixes it for a short time but then it starts again.

Very frustrating!

Got a new SIM card and appears to have fixed the issue. Very strange.
