I recently bought the new 12 Pro Max. Took it on a trip with my over thanksgiving and the front facing “selfie” camera freezes constantly. Back cameras are great and work fine, but when I switch to the front facing camera, sometimes it works well and other times it freezes. When it freezes, it either looks like it does when a FaceTime call freezes and the last image stays on the screen OR the screen blurs out in the same way it does when you switch between video,photo,portrait. Some photos attached
Called Apple on this and they ran a diagnostic and said all came back okay. I reset all settings, hard reset, turned off and back on. It seems to only resolve the issue temporarily before it comes back.
Anyone else have this issue? What would you suggest?
