I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, that the Apple site confirmed is eligible to upgrade. There is no button to select the Pro Max most likely because it will not be available to pre-order until Nov 3. Last year, there was a period of time to go through the pre-approval process with Citizens One prior to pre-ordering, so that the pre-ordering process would go faster.
I don't see any information about a pre-approval process prior to pre-ordering. Does anyone have information if this will still occur and if so, when the pre-approval window will open?
