I keep my iPhone on my desk at work, and I’ve noticed it will “wake up” on its own a few times a day lately.

It’s been happening since roughly when I installed Beta 4… but around that time, I also dropped my phone quite hard onto a tiled floor.

All the glass survived just fine, but it’s got a pretty deep drop mark in the aluminium on that corner now. So part of me is wondering if that’s somehow causing the screen to register “phantom touches”? 🤔

I just installed PB5 on my XS, moving from 14.7.1 and within the first hour I have already had my screen light up for no reason while sitting on the arm of the couch next to me. I have "Raise to Wake" off, "Tap to Wake" on, and Back Tap turned off, but I hadn't touched the phone at all, nor did any notifications arrive. I've filed feedback FB9489977 under the "Lock Screen" category for the issue. I never saw this behavior under iOS 14.
