Iphone 13 Auto reset

hi there, i just received iphone 13 ten days ago, but when i used application music from 3rd software, my iphone has been auto restarted. Additional, when i check in analysis i saw 2 lines resetcounter and forceresetfull, didnot see any line about panicfull. I already call and ask customer sevice from apple they said that is software conflicts and it's not too serious. Please GIve me an advice in this case

App doesn't play well with your device. Either contact the app developer or don use it until it's updated.. Apple can't help you with this issue because it's not hardware related
