They look about the same to me that picture but it’s hard to tell in the picture. The notch is narrower on the 13.

They both have exactly the same screen size (6.06 inches), width (2.82 inches), and height (5.78 inches), according to Apple's website.

So, the bezels are the same. It is just your impression because the brighter colors probably make it look thicker.

Don't see any difference.

Apple provided dimensions for the non-active touch glass area which confirms no change to bezel thickness.

However, one phone is obviously much dirtier than the other.

Because the notch is smaller and you're seeing more bezel length on the iPhone 13, your noticing the them more and they look thicker. Measurement wise they are the same
