The title says it all. For the last two weeks or so my phone has been having this issue at random times.

I have done everything suggested except to take my phone into Apple for a diagnostic, or perform a complete system erase.

Anyone else have this issue? I am on the latest operating system and everything.

Good chance it's a hardware issue... sometimes a complete erase CAN solve that issue, but if it can't - the device won't set up after the erase. So best to try that step at the Apple Store, where if it doesn't fix it they can proceed immediately with repair.
