Hi Guys,

4 months ago I bought Iphone 13 pro max and I didn’t notice it until now that the ear speaker grill is supposed to have ring around it and it should be align or at the same level with the screen (lcd). Mine’s not as shown in the picture. Also, recently i tried to clean the dust, and the ear speaker grill suddenly fell off.

Do you have any idea why?

Anyways the speakers works fine, the only thing thats bothering me is the difference of this specific hardware with the other iphone 13 pro max lol.

Mine looks nothing like that. Where did you buy the phone from? Also the 13 pro is OLED not LCD if yours is LCD you have a fake phone

I got is as a gift. I was wondering how to check the originality of the products? IMEI, model number or serial number?

I checked the originality through serial number and its valid. Not a fake product. But somehow the hardware is odd. Could it be possible that the ring circling the ear speaker grill fell off due to drop impact?

The earpiece is clamped into the screen with friction. Mine is a little loose because of the gap at the top of the screen it should be impossible for it to fall out because of the way it’s held in. If yours fell out is suspect that the phone had the screen replaced with a fake screen or you just got a bad model

Have you taken it to Apple? 99% sure they will replace the screen for free
