I just bought my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 15.0
I have a windows 10 laptop, running the latest version of Windows.
EVERY time I try to sync photos, videos, or music from my PC to my phone iTunes crashes.
I have uninstalled iTunes, re-installed. Downloaded directly from Apples site as well as Microsoft Store.
Ran repairs on iTunes, uninstalled mobile device sync, uninstalled all Apple related apps.
Shift + Deleted all apple related folders on my computer's C: drive
Still having the same issue. Syncing over WiFi does the same thing.
I tried rebooting my phone, turning on airplane mode to sync... literally nothing works.
My phone is connected to laptop via thunderbolt port on laptop to lightning in iPhone, both ports same issue.
I've contacted Apple support, but curious as to whether or not anyone has any tricks that work for them?
