Other iPhone 13 Pro to iPhone 15?

I have a iPhone 13 Pro currently and the main 2 upgrades I want are USB-C and the dynamic island. How hard would it be to adjust to the non-ProMotion display again? Has anyone switched from a Pro model with ProMotion to a 60hz display? How long did it take to get used to it if at all?

You can turn on battery saver mode to see what a screen looks like with promotion off. Not sure if it is exactly the same as a display with a native 60Hz fixed refresh rate, but it is immediately noticeable.
