Hello. Since I got my new iPhone 13 and I upgraded and transferred from my iPhone 12, I can no longer communicate with my Apple Watch 6. It’s not the mask issue, it’s not communicating at all. I turned off both devices, ensured blue tooth was on, etc. Anyone else experiencing this? Any workarounds?

Thanks,

-Ted

I solved this by turning off the old phone and rebooting the Watch, then it connected. I used the phone to phone transfer. If you didn't maybe you should unpair the watch first, or set it as new (you'll lose old stats)

That sounds like a plan, unfortunately I left for the weekend after I migrated everything to the new phone. I will have to do that when I get back home tomorrow night. Also, I don’t want to lose the stats since I have a 1604 day streak of closing all of my circles. Thanks!

I just got home. I powered down the new iPhone 13 and powered up the older iPhone 12. It sees the watch just fine. The plan is to wipe out the 13 and redo the migration. However, my two days of riding 63 miles on Saturday and 75 miles on Sunday are showing up on the watch (since I wore it when I rode), but they're not showing up on the phone. The biking app - Wahoo, actually synced up with the old phone and I see the workouts. But Saturday and today are blank in fitness app.

Is there a way to "force" a sync between the watch and it's partner phone if the phone and watch were separated for two days so my 1605 day streak isn't broken? Definitely a first world problem, but I've been keeping this going for more than 4 years. Thanks!!!

Problem sovled. I did a reset and re-paried it and it worked with the new iPhone. Thanks everyone!
