What is the problem with this? I just got it delivered. Set it up with vibrate on and it won't vibrate or vibrates very briefly when a call comes in.

2 ideas that have affected me.
1. do you have an Apple watch? Even when mine is on the charger, it "takes" the notification as if it's on my wrist.
2. do you have face ID attention on? If so, and it "sees" you, it'll vibrate quieter than if it's in your pocket.

I am having the same vibration issue as the OP and not using an Apple watch or face ID. In fact, 3 other family members are having the same issue.
