Just got an email from apple that due to an error the order was cancelled.
Email checks out.
It is showing normal on my orders page.
Not sure what to think of it.

Can you give customer service a call? They may be swamped or not taking calls, though so try finding someone on the site because you probably need help to sort this one out. There’s a lot of strange stuff going on today.
