iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone 14 PM setup - local network issue

My new iPhone 14 PM activated and set up just great. All apps, settings, etc transferred over.

Now I am going into Spotify to sync local files (I have a few) and Spotify starts to sync then fails.

I am also doing into Documents (iPhone app) and attempting to connect from my PC to the app and it fails, as well.

I checked in Settings under Local Network and both apps have access to the local network turned on.

I updated to 16.0.1. I rebooted both my phone and my PC. The iPhone can see out to the local network, but the PC can not see into the iPhone. Weird.

My iPhone 12 PM was working fine with this. What am I missing?

I was able to workaround this issue by connecting the PC to the iPhone's hotspot - then they're on the same network. The problem doesn't happen and Spotify and Documents synched just fine.

The issue over my home wifi remains. Weird.
