iPhone 14 Pro doesn't always detect when connected to magsafe charger

I've had it on a couple of occasions now my phone hasn't detected its on the magsafe charger and it hasn't charged..... When I try to reconnect it it won't charge either and I have to turn both the charger off and on and reboot the phone?

Anyone else had this issue?

I've had that when the Apple magsafe was attached to my monitor, now I have it plugged into an outlet and have had no issues since.
