iPhone 14 Pro Max slower with less battery?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and my battery health is 87%. I am convinced that my scrolling is slower and choppier as the battery has aged. Am I crazy to think this way? Even safari scrolls choppier.

At some point this happens but you’re not there at 87%. It’s likely some issue either with your network or browser
