iPad Pro iPhone 14 Pro Promotion noticeably better than iPad Pro 11” 2020?

I got An iPhone 14 Pro a couple weeks ago, and it seems like the promotion is much smoother than on my iPad Pro. Anyone else?

Lots of threads on this but it because one is oled and the other is lcd. Superior oled response times paired with promotion makes it the ultimate experience.
