Does the iPhone 14 Pro has a sim tray or not? At the presentation it seemed to imply only the iPhone 14 wouldn’t have it but on the website they out the disclaimer for the iphone 14 Pro too. So wtf? I was about to preorder this thing tomorrow. Anyone knows?

No, it’s stated in the tech spec

Apple is closing down the 2nd hand market by forcing people to buy from them. As someone who changes phones frequently, I hate this.

How come? You can still sell your phone to anyone.
Yes but right now you can pop a sim card in and out of a phone without having to get a carrier to activate it for you. It's an extra step I am not sure people will want to deal with. Makes it harder to scam phones which is a good thing. I like to move between Android and iPhone, this also becomes more complicated.

Oh ok. It depends on the carrier. In some carriers you just need to download the eSIM from their app. Like for example, if you wanted to sell your phone you would only need to erase the phone and delete your data plan. Then on your new phone you just need to download the app, login and download your eSIM to it.
