Hi everybody

I'm using an iPhone 14 and my phone automatically lowers the ringtone volume to a very low level. When a call is received, the ringtone volume starts high but then quickly decreases. Although I have not made any changes in the settings. I would like to know if this is a hardware issue or is there a way to disable this fade-out so that the ringtone stays at high volume until I answer the call.

If you know how to fix it please help me as I missed a lot of my important calls.

Thank you for reading this article in its entirety!

OP, I think you would need to turn off "attention aware" to bypass this "feature".
It's kind of like the camera, where you don't really get much of a choice.

I have encountered this situation before as well as you. The "attention aware" feature is the reason why the volume of your iPhone 14 ringtone is automatically reduced. Therefore, to fix this problem you just need to go to settings and turn it off. Hope it will help
