I usually buy the standard IPhone 13 not pro. But seems little rumours about that may be identical to the iPhone 13 the 48mp camera and smaller hole are for pro only. Should I keep the standard one this year?

The whole 48MP camera has been floated as a rumor without any substantial evidence behind it. Vote with what your budget allows. Also, moving from a 13 to the 14 isn't going to improve anything significantly.
