I’m seeing the Pro pop up occasionally at my local Apple stores. But haven’t seen any Pro Max today.
A global pandemic and supply chain/shipping/logistics catastrophe for the past 2 years.
Popular phones selling like hot cakes typical this time of year for apple .
Apple realized there’s something seriously wrong with their new phones and they’re pulling them from shelves in an absolute unhinged and unmitigated panic.
T-Mobile told me today that there is no inventory of both of the Pro models and the wait is out to at least November. They said they are selling like crazy.
I never follow what the online inventory. It is so inaccurate to what is actually out on the market. Yes the new iPhone 14 Pro and max are hot sellers and the market is crazy but I just walked in and asked at a store for the particular color and storage and they had exactly what I wanted, sure you probably have to hit the known sellers like Best Buy, the Apple store near you and your cell company store but they are out there. Online inventory is total waste and pre ordering is a waste of time. Just get the shoe leather on the ground and happy hunting.
All the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus users are returning their phone for the Pro's. Lol. I'm joking, but that may be the case.
Na. Pandemic is no more. I do agree it’s still lingering regarding production tho. However, it is just typical Apple under-projecting sales to sell more units by stating they are ramping up more production for the 14 Pro lineup. It gives consumers the idea that these new phones are amazing. Also, I believe demand really is high right now.
Sounds like they found true hardware issues and are manufacturing non-defective ones. It is very obvious.

However in China, as there is a slight increase in COVID cases, they are still locking down whole cities/regions/factories etc. And as you know, iPhones are assembled in China
Samsung Display is the sole supplier of the LTPO OLED panels. That's the main bottleneck.
If you want iPhone 14, there's plenty of those as it's supplied by LGD and BOE.

Part may be because they delayed the Plus. I wonder if Max sales will slow once Plus is actually available.
It's caused by the forum members who ordered new 14PMs and then decided they don't want them, which has resulted in those phones sitting on Apple shelves as used phones which can't be sold as new.
How the ? Your “available “ word has crooked fonts ? Even shows on screen grab attached. Or am I buzzing?

I do not see anything odd on my computer screen, but I do see it in your screenshot.
This theory does not make much sense as the shipping estimates are for the end of October. It took them a year to create a defected phone, but less than a month to fix the severe issues and ramp up inventory for all? I find that hard to grasp.
