iPhone 15 Pro Max iPhone 15 Pro Lens Coating and cleaning

Is there any risk to damage the new lens coating that the 15 Pros has? Usually use the zeiss lens cleaner its a piece of cloth that comes already wet with some isopropyl alcohol, this can damage the coating?, asking this because we often need to clean out iphone lens since this area is very easy to dust and get fingerprints by accident, how do you usually clean your lens?

Just lick it clean.

Alcohol and distilled water 25/75. Spray on microfiber cloth, wipe down phone.
Nothing fancy.
Works great.
