iPhone 15 Pro Max iPhone 15 Pro Max T-Mobile/Apple $1000 trade-in (bill credits not showing)

Hey guys,
When the new iPhone launched in Sept, I upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from Apple and used the T-Mobile carrier financing promotion for $1000 off (trade in credit + bill credits over 24 months).

I sent my device back and received the trade in amount for it, but my T-Mobile bill credits have not started yet. It's been almost 4 months now and it's concerning why the trade in credits are not showing up.

Anybody have a similar experience and know who to reach out for fixing this?

I am and went to talk to T-Mobile dealer today - said I'm due what was promised and they'd contact management and support about it.
