I have such stains on my device. I wet the cloth and wiped it many times, but the stains did not disappear. Is this normal? Do you think I should return it?

I treat my phone like I treat everything else in your life (car, appliances, furniture, clothing, etc.) I expect them to become dirty, scratched, and worn through normal use, and I accept it.

If that were my phone, I'd do nothing. But if you're within the 2 week return window and you feel compelled to ask for a replacement, go for it.
