Hi. I have a new iPhone 15 Pro. I am having WiFi issues that I did not have with my 13 PM. The speed is variable and sometimes it does not connect to WiFi when I return home. The speed varies between about 5Mbs and 500Mbs. As I said, sometimes it does not reconnect to WiFi when I return. I repeatedly have to reset network settings. I am on Verizon. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had speed issues on my network. I turned off the 160 MHz channel bandwidth on the router and the speeds returned. Turned on 160 MHz channel bandwidth and speeds dropped. So back off it went and all is good.

I run the same SSID on 2.4 and 5 and let the router and the device negotiate.

The latest IOS 17.1 public beta seems to have solved the problem with the WiFi speed when the 160 MHz channel width is set on the 5G WiFi bands.

I just installed the update, turned on the 160 MHz channel width, rebooted my AIMesh network, and all the speeds are back to where they should be on WiFi.

17.1 didn't fix the issue for us.
Wife's iPhone 15 Pro is still a turd.
So bloody annoying as my iPhone 13 Pro Max and her iPhone 12 Pro work perfectly fine.

I’m having this issue with my 15 Pro Max as well. If I’m in the same room as the router, I get a normal (fast) speed. The moment I move out of the room the speed drops considerably. No issues with this on other Apple devices.

I’m also getting random drops of wifi altogether on this phone.

Hoping it’s a software issue and not hardware!
