iPhone 15 Pro Volume Up stopped working

Day 7 and my Volume Up button stopped working.
Tried all the troubleshooting and erased all content which I hate to do. Down works fine and so does the Action button.
Spoke to Apple and off to the Genius Bar next week. They were stumped.
Havent seen any one else with this issue in here yet.

Return it and buy a new one.. Sounds like a hardware issue with the button itself.

What exactly is wrong? Does the button click when you press it? It just doesn't change the volume?

Yeah all of the above.
Apple Store swapped for a new one. It’s getting sent back to the mothership as they haven’t seen this issue yet. Problem resolved.

Finally found someone with the same issue. Mine is volume down that stopped working however, issue started about 2 days ago and so I made an appointment for tomorrow. It’s within two weeks so did they do retail exchange or was it a Genius Bar phone exchange ?

Same issue, it happens on the lock screen sometimes. Reboot iPhone can help.
I've got the similar feedbacks from other guys on internet.

Happened to me today.
I keep taking the Finewoven case on and off and I think I damaged the buttons. The case is so tight very hard to take off.
Restarting the phone fix the problem but the question is for how long?
Will Apple Store fix it even I buy from 3rd party shop?
