Other iPhone 15 sales to begin in India today?

Just saw in the India news that India made iPhone 15 phones will go on sale today.

If so, is it possible the iPhone 15 will go on sale today in America?

iPhone 15 hasn't been officially launched yet, so I very much doubt sales have started.

Don’t buy a phone unless it’s from a reputable dealer. I was in Myanmar a few years ago and vendors were selling new iPhone 11’s for ~$300, all fake running fake ios android lag that couldn’t open the Apple Store. It was comical 😃
