iPhone 16 Pro: Translate Not working

Translate is not working on my iPhone 16 Pro. I’ve had it since launch day, and just decided to set up the action button with translate. When using the action button or the app it only picks up and translates what I say intermittently. It just records as if I’m not saying anything most of the time. I tested my microphone via a phone call and voice memo and everything is working fine. Not sure if this is a bug or what’s going on. Anyone else experiencing this?
