Wish I didn’t have to buy a 4 pack; just want clear

This might be easier to stick on. Matte and looks kinda “rigid” so easy to lay down:

I just found this on AliExpress: $3.33 | 2PCS Matte Camera Protector For iPhone 17 Pro Max 17pro Air Back Lens Glass Protective Cap for iphone 17pro
I bought a bunch like these in clear on Aliexpress. I prefer these over the skin as I just stick them on like a sticker and they last just as long.

If you waited 10/12 days for the China ones, any reason why you didn’t order from Xtremeskins in the UK?

Here are some pics of the Paragon Ember Precise for the 17PM. This is the first case since the 15PM that I absolutely love. At first glance the orange is beautiful. It’s bright and out in the sunlight, it will be a pop of color. I love the microfiber lining on the bottom of the case but wish it was also for the camera plateau as well. It doesn’t make my 17PM feel bulky nor heavy. To me, the back doesn’t feel slippery and the buttons do rattle if you shake the phone, which doesn’t bother me in the slightest. This will be my #1 case to use when I’m away from home more than a day. No more case searching. I also ordered some Violet buttons that were shipped out today.

How’s the thinness?

To me, this case doesn’t feel thick. I had an Apple Silicon for a day and returned it because it took too much effort getting it into and out of my jeans. The Paragon feels thinner than the Apple Silicon.
From the looks the Paragon has slightly raised lips top and bottom then goes almost flush in the middle, which can make the Paragon thinner and feel thinner.

So now that the Caudabe fiasco seems to be hopefully over. How’s everyone liking their Caudabe’s?
I recived replacement Paragon (one I got on first try had a bunch of scuffs on the bottom, camera button was separated from the case on the side towards the screen and the lip on that part was warped). The second one is perfect, no issues, I'm trying it out for two days now and it's a keeper. I would prefer the back texture to have more grip and texture, but overall it feels good in the hand. It follows the curvature of the phone in the back and I can't feel the transition between the two materials which is a big plus.

Sheath replacement arrives today, I have been trying out the faulty one in the meantime, it has annoyingly sharp edges all over and even though I prefer the more uniformed look and feel, texture, the fact it doesn't pick up fingerprints - the back doesn't feel rounded and that's annoying. When I used Apple Silicon/Spigen Ultra Hybrid/Paragon, I have a feeling I have a new phone - with Sheath it feels like I have my old boxy iPhone 13 again. I don't have small hands and still it doesn't feel comfortable, Paragon is more slippery material but feels better holding it because it's more curved. I hope that unit was faulty and the one today is better because Sheath is my all time favorite, I'll see later today.

IMO I think the Sheath has nice rounded corners similar to the Apple Silicone. The Sheath is almost 1mm more thick though. In other words if the Sheath was 1mm thinner would be exact specs as Apple Silicone.

That's why I think I have a faulty unit because Apple Silicone feels nice and rounded and Sheath feels like it has 2% more curvature on back edges compared to holding my phone in a cardboard box 😅 I don't mind it being thick or that it adds significant weight to the phone (gone are the days where Sheath was as thin as Apple Silicone with added texture), it feels like it offers the extra protection. My options are limited for base model since many brands I'd consider don't have the option for this model this year so I really want Sheath to work out.

I'm kind no more Pitaka guy. Arc Pulse is much better IMHO. I don't use any screen protector, so this 0 lip is no go for me.
Yeah, the zero lip feels nice, but can be a hassle. In most situations I prefer to set my phone face down.

Besides the fact that I received a defective copy, I didn’t really like the contrast between the super thin body of the Air and the much thicker Arc Pulse. It had an unbalanced feeling that I didn’t experience with the Arc on the Pro Max with its thicker body.

i like the look and feel of the bare dbrand grip case. it’s different this year. report back if you do remove the skin. does it come off clean? in the past i never had good luck getting it off clean. i don’t want to apply a skin cause im not confident i’ll be able to go back to none.
Just peeled it off and it came off super easy. Didn’t have to pull with any effort and no adhesive residue left behind.

Too bad the Black Friday sale started now. I’m sure dBrand won’t refund me for being a few days late.

got my caudabe sheath (precise) in celestial blue for my silver 17 pro.

1st impression - it is not too heavy and bulky .. fits just nice in my hands

buttons are abit loose even with phone fit to the case and the camera cutouts are slightly off centered

Yes the top and bottom has slightly raised lips while the middle is flushed. Overall, the case feels thinner and less heavier to me than the Apple silicon.

If you try let me know. Just a few days away from discount here too. :-(
