iPhone (1st Gen) doesnt get into DFU-Mode

Hello,

I have two problems with my iPhone. I cant get it into DFU-Mode.. If I hold Power- and Home-Buttons for 10 seconds and release the power button after 10 seconds, it reboots and doesnt get into DFU-Mode. I try to get my iPhone into DFU-Mode because i dont know another way to unlock my iPhone without beeing at DFU-Mode.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me

Are you on OSX 10.5.6? If so, you need to connect with a powered USB hub

Yes, but i also tried with Windows, but still no DFU-Mode.
