iPhone 1st gen.

i got a first gen iPhone 16GB, and i want to pretty much hack it...how do i do this?

1) i want the "SLIDE TO UNLOCK" screen to have time, and weather and service, and NEW Emails

2) i want the SLIDE to UNLOCK be sideways..like if im holding it landscape mode, i want to be able to slide it right, not up

3) i also want the black part in the background of the Home screen to be changed to my wallpaper

thats pretty much it really...lol, and is it possible to have a .GIF image as a wallpaper?

i also want the Slide to Unlock be changed to anything i want, most preferable, "Slide Me Master"
