iphone 2.2 safari picture saving problem.

hmm.. since 2.2 safari doesn't save pictures properly. i think 2.1 used to save the picture as it is? or scale down just a bit? however in 2.2 seems like pictures r so blurry it's not even worth saving. but sometimes saves the picture in fair quality...

anybody know how to fix this?

no way to fix it yet besides waiting for the next minor firmware update which i hope comes soon.

okay, so i hear the problem is the images w/ 800ish pixels(either horizontally, or verytically)

the iphone saves those images in weird sizes. i emailed myself one of those blurred pictures and turned out to be 7 kbs. which is not even bigger than some some little avatar pictures ppl use on threads.

anyway, is this random problem? or does everyone has the same problem?

and is it fixed by restoring the phone? or should i even not bother?

oh and how about syncing pictures via itunes? does it cause problems now? or is it still okay and the problem is only from iphone itself?

Bah!! I am having this problem of blurry pics too but for me I will try and save a photo TAKEN with an iPhone and it saves blurry. Of shouldn't have a problem with the resolution of an iPhone photo.
