iPhone 2G "Cannot Connect to Youtube"

I have an iPhone 2G running 3.1.2 jailbroke with Blackra1n.

I'm using it as an iPod touch(no service, but there is an AT&T sim installed), that's the main reason it's jailbroken. Obviously it's not legitimately activated.

I've tried the "Push Fix" to no avail.

Tried restoring to 3.0, but couldn't get it to properly jailbreak with that and redsn0w, so I'm back at square 1.

Everything else works great on WiFi, just no Youtube(not through Safari either).

It'd be really awesome to get this taken care of(downgrading the OS is not an issue if that will fix it.) So.... any ideas?

Installed the Push Fix(for the first time on this restore) and it did nothing.

Reinstalled the Push Fix and BINGO - up and running just fine.
