A little background information: Yesterday i left home and i had my iphone charging on my bed, when i came home , it was on the floor and working fine, but the home button was not working, although everything else was.

So i decided to try and restore to see if it was a software issue. When i restored it i kept getting a itunes-20 error and, so i kept restoring it. After about the 4th time, itunes no longer recongnized it anymore.

Now it is stuck in restore mode an i have tried everything.
I have reinstalled itunes.
Restarted it, everything.

I dont belive i can enter DFU mode because the home button is not working.

I want to bring it into the apple store, but i can not because it is jailbroken, and i need to restore it before hand

Please, if anyone can help, it will be much appreciated!

And i forgot to mention, my mac book does not recongize it at all, even in system profiler

I have decided im going to go to the apple store.

quick question!

i restored it earlier i belive not sure if it finished or not,

but now when it restarts the pineapple no longer comes up, i just shows the apple logo and goes straight to restore mode.

does this mean it is no longer jailbroken?

well nobody responded,

but they swapped it out with another one, no question.

this can be closed now
