Iphone 2G that is getting the MMS problems

Sorry I know there are a lot of threads on this subject, but they all seem to be about the 3G or 3GS.

I have and iphone 2G (original iphone) and I have activateMMS2G installed, but I am getting the same error message that the 3G user are getting, the message content was not included due to resolution or whatever.

How do I fix this? Is it the same as fixing the 3G?

Like I said sorry for the similar thread, I just need info for the 2G only, all of the other stuff gets confusing, and I don't know what applies to my phone.

Go Here and try installing that IPCC on your phone and see if the MMS works after that.

But how do I install a ICPP file?

EDIT: never-mind I think I figured it out. However, is there any way to test to see if this worked without having to find someone to send me a picture message right now?

or go to cydia and search for "Legacy"
Install the first package Tmobile US
The 2nd one listed is for Tmobile US customers that use a sidekick dataplan.
Reboot after install.

Not really, the only way to test MMS is to try to send and receive MMS.

However, is there any way to test to see if this worked without having to find someone to send me a picture message right now?
