iOS iPhone 3.0 Beta, upgrading in July

I haven't been able to find an answer to this question:

If I put the iPhone 3.0 Beta on my iPhone (1st gen), will I then be able to upgrade to the final release version when it comes out in July (or June, whenever)? I would think so, but was hesitant to upgrade.

Yes, just make sure you update to each beta because they expire within a couple weeks of a new release.
