iPhone 3.0 MI patch problem

I don't think the mobile installation patch from ICY is working on iPhone 3.0. It keeps giving me this error:

Sorry, it's against the rules to talk about cracked apps and MI patches and stuff.

All I can say is that the icy version might be for 2.2.1 and they change the patch every time?
