Hi everyone,

I recently bought an old iPhone 3G to use the display as part to fix my mother 3G display.

Everything went well and I decided to used the " new 3G " for myself.

The iPhone is locked on a Canadian Carrier and i need to unlock it.

The iPhone came with 4.2.1 and BaseBad 05.15.04.

First I used RedSnow to Jailbreak the phone.

Then I used RedSnow again to install iPad BaseBand 06.15.00.

And finally I used RedSnow to downgrade BaseBand to 05.13.04.

Everything went well excepted that I cannot install UltraSnow because of an error inside Cydia.

Now I want to restore the phone in order to start the jailbreak again and get a functional Cydia and I need to use a Custom Firmware because of the BaseBand thing.

I can't find any working solution online. My MacOS version is Sierra and my iTunes 12 can't let me restore from Custom Firmware. I tried with Windows and iTunes 10.7 but I get error 3194 ( maybe something with the SHSH but RedSnow don't let me backup SHSH because " its not compatible with iPhone 3G " ).

If anybody have an idea of what I can do with it :).

Thank you.
