Well I had previously been using iRealQuick SMS and liked it a lot but it was causing big problems. Mostly available memory. I deleted it for a while and last night decided to try it again. This time, by accident, I downloaded the first version.

The only real feature I care about with iRealQuick is the ability to text in background.

Some of the things I noticed right away-

-The first version uses way less memory than the latest version.

-Settings aren't as deep and complicated

-Doesn't take up as much space as the latest version.

I just wanted to share my experience with this and it might help someone else having difficulties with the latest version.

I'm using Tlert, which a very slim version of background texting. I love it and it only does what I need, which is let me respond real time to texts while in any program. Love it!

Cool. I'll have to take a look at that. Question. Does it use a lot of memory?
