Hi guys,

I know many people have had problems with updating their iPhone's due to it being soooo slow backing up or just not being able to backup at all.

I'm no different, my backup just seems to take forever and Im unsure whether it has ever finished.

Do you think being unable to backup and thus update is worthy of getting an exchange at the store? Has anyone had this problem and exchanged their iPhone?

Thanks

it is probably more a software issue than it is the hardware. I doubt they will replace it because of that.

How much stuff do you have on your iPhone and how often to you sync it? Both of those effect how long it takes to back up. It will back up and will finish before it syncs. If you see the notification that says "iPhone sync complete" then it is finished backing up.

Hi,

To be honest I dont backup as often as I should but I only have like 5 apps on my phone so I wouldn't think it would take that long?

Thanks
