Hi Guys
Recently got an iPhone 3g replacement just around 3 days ago, my other iPhone I only had for 1 week and that had around 5 dead pixels and loose bezel on the right so had some light leak
Ive basically got a replacement one, other then the fact the bezel is now loose, but strangely on the right this time (been reading around and everyone is affected on the left) going in to Apple store today and not going to get it replaced but going to ask them to leave a note on my serial number asking when a good batch comes in, I should get a replacement then
However, I just noticed that when I got my iPhone last time I charged it before turning on then activated. THIS time they activate replcements in store, so was I meant to charge before? And how do I know If im getting good battery life on the iPhone, ive turned of 3G, WIFI and Bluetooth (NO Push for mail activated) and i dont surf web through O2 (my network here in UK)
I start using phone from around 11AM use phone till around 9 to 10PM receving a few calls, around 10 texts a day and listen to some music on the commute to college and commute back so all in all about a good 1hr and half of music, after all this the battery is between just over half and 3 quarters full. However when I use WIFI at around 9PM till around 00:30, the battery is almost empty
Is that good Batt life? Isnt there a way i could test it using some sort of App/Program that Apple has and if yes How do I as i have no idea how to, as im sure it seems I should be getting a bit more juice out of battery
Thanks
HamzaB
