iPhone 3G built in screenshot utility

I have absalutly no idea how i did it, but somehow i managed to take a screen shot of my new 3G iphone. Its not jailbroken or anything, there was just a flash on the screen, and when i went to sync my iphone, iphoto came up with a picture from the screen shot. does anyone else know how this works?

It's in all of Software 2.0. Hold Home and click the Sleep/Wake button.

dude you can do it on any phone with 2.0 hold the home button and sleep at the same time.

Its the 2.0 firmware. I just upgradedI can did it on my iPhone. Press the top lock button and the home button at the same time and it takes a screenshot and saves it.
